ESCHA is presenting five world premieres at the SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg this year. With the new and already available solutions, the connectivity specialist prospectively provides comprehensive system wiring for various Ethernet applications. Users, who want to build up a complete system, can choose from a broad range of overmolded- and field-wireable connectors, receptacles, and cable qualities. As usual with ESCHA, the new products were designed according to HF-data-transmission-aspects through which the specified data transmission properties can be 100 percent guaranteed.
Two new M8x1-connector product ranges
Following the general miniaturization trend, ESCHA is displaying two new M8x1-connector product ranges at the SPS IPC Drives. One range with D-coding for PROFINET-applications and another with P-coding for EtherCAT-P-applications. Both product ranges will be available in straight- and right-angled versions.
Cable quality "PROFINET Robotic"
Collaborating robots are more frequently used in automatized production. In these applications, bending-, inversion-, and torsion-cable properties are particularly imperative. In order to meet the demands of this growing market segment, ESCHA will present a new flexible Ethernet-cable called “PROFINET Robotic“, which readily withstands up to 5 million bending cycles and 5 million torsion cycles.
Extending the receptacle portfolio
In the area of receptacles, ESCHA is also taking three novelties to Nuremberg. In addition to fully shielded variants and versions in stainless steel, M12x1-receptacles with L- and K-coding will be on display for the first time. These complete the already available power-product range and facilitate a power transmission up to 63V at 16A (L-coding) or 630V at 12A (K-coding). ESCHA power-connectivity can be installed in parallel to the bus-wiring and supports the decentralized wiring trend.
